Prince William County Police looking for missing endangered infant Zion LeBron Favors

UPDATE (5:43 PM): Police are reporting that the infant has been found SAFE in Woodbridge, Virginia and the suspect was arrested.

The Prince William County Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing, endangered infant, Zion LeBron Favors (Click on image at right for larger view).

On September 1st at 5:40PM, officers responded to the Motel 6 located at 17133 Dumfries Rd in Dumfries (22025) to investigate a domestic situation. The victim, a 22 year old woman from New Mexico, reported to police that she had been involved in an altercation with a known acquaintance, later identified as Russell Carnell Walker, the night prior. During the altercation, the victim was assaulted and sustained minor injuries. Mr. Walker, who was initially reported as being the father of the child, took Zion after the incident and left the area. Following the investigation, officers obtained a warrant for Domestic Assault and Battery. Attempts to locate Mr. Walker were unsuccessful.

On September 3rd, the victim contacted police and reported that Mr. Walker is not the father of the child. Following the development of new information, detectives from the Special Victim’s Unit obtained an additional warrant for Abduction. It is believed that Zion may be in need of assistance which qualifies him as being endangered. Attempts to locate Mr. Walker and Zion have been unsuccessful. The investigation continues. Anyone with information on Mr. Walker and Zion’s whereabouts are asked to call police at 703-792-6500.

Zion LeBron Favors is described as a 3 month old black male, 1’6’’, and 10lbs. He has brown eyes and short brown hair. Zion was last seen wearing a diaper.

Russell Carnell Walker, 44, of no fixed address, is described as a black male, 5’5”, 160 pounds with brown eyes and bald. Unknown clothing description. Walker is wanted for abduction and domestic assault and battery.

Alexandria Police Investigate Rape on S. Pickett Street

The Alexandria Police Department is investigating a rape and abduction that occurred in the 200 block of S. Pickett Street this afternoon.

At approximately 2:09 p.m., a 24-year-old woman called police to report she had been abducted and raped by an unknown suspect. The victim is a lifeguard at a pool in the 200 block of S. Pickett Street. An unknown man approached the victim while she was at work; no one else was at the pool. He brandished a firearm and raped the victim. The victim was able to call for help after the suspect fled.

The suspect is described as a white male in his mid-thirties, tall and thin, with short hair and dark eyes. At the time of the assault, he was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, light-colored jeans and a blue baseball cap.

Alexandria Police Suspect in Attempted Rape in Alexandria, Virginia
Alexandria Police are seeking the identity of the suspect who attempted to rape a woman in the Unit block of Canterbury Square on Friday, October 23, 2015. The suspect description has been updated. He is described as a black male in his 30’s, 5’11” to 6′, 200 to 240 lbs., with a larger build. He had long braided hair, facial hair on his chin and tattoos on his arms. He was last seen wearing a black tank top and dark colored boxer shorts.

The public is asked to remember this composite is a compilation of facial features, not a photograph. If any of the features in the composite remind you of someone, please contact the police immediately. Keep in mind that the suspect may have recently changed his appearance.

APD badgeThe Alexandria Police Department is investigating an abduction and attempted rape that occurred in the 3300 block of Canterbury Square on Friday, October 23, 2015.

At approximately 10:38 a.m., police were called to an apartment complex for an assault. A 28 year-old woman was walking through the underground laundry room between two buildings when an unknown man grabbed her from behind. The suspect wrestled with the victim and forcibly attempted to remove her pants. The victim fought back and hit the suspect in the face with the nozzle of an industrial vacuum, cutting his face. The suspect then brandished a small knife and ordered the victim to stay in the room as he fled.

The suspect is described as a black male in his 30’s, 5’11” to 6’, 180 to 200 lbs., with a muscular build. He had long braided hair, facial hair on his chin and tattoos on his arms. He was last seen wearing a black tank top and dark colored boxer shorts.
