Lena's Wood-Fired Pizza + Tap
See our write up about them at this link.

Zagat featured Lena’s Wood-Fired Pizza + Tap, Rosemont’s newest joint located at 401 E. Braddock Road in Alexandria, in a feature titled ‘6 New Reasons to Dine Out in Virginia’. The writer made two (2) mistakes below – can you catch them?

A glowing, wood-fired oven dominates this airy Del Rey venue for Neapolitan-style pies and Italian fare, cocktails, wines and craft beers on tap. Family photos warm the walls of its wood, brick and metal contemporary interior, while a fire pit gives the large, landscaped patio multi-seasonal appeal.

A new wood-fired Pizza restaurant called ‘Lena’s Wood-Fired Pizza + Tap‘ is opening at Yates Corner (Mount Vernon Avenue and Braddock Road) in the Rosemont neighborhood area, located near the Braddock Road Metro station.

The new joint will be opening in September as American Real Estate Partners just received the building permits TODAY from the City of Alexandria. Construction is expected to start next week. The joint will have 120 seats and will have outdoor seating. We hear there will be an outdoor fire pit on the plaza at Yates Corner as well. Check out the rendering above…
